Microsoft 365 Endpoint Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Microsoft 365 Endpoint Engineer reports to the IT Systems Engineering Lead and provides business-centric value to IT service capabilities by designing, improving, and supporting business critical systems on the IT Systems Engineering team.

In Short

• Design, implement, and maintain application deployment and configuration policies.
• Manage M365 collaboration services, ensuring security and compliance.
• Maintain on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID services.
• Utilize Jira for project management and Confluence for documentation.
• Communicate ticket progress and status updates to internal customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues for process improvements and technical feedback.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT experience or relevant college education.
• Expert in endpoint management platforms including Intune and SCCM.
• Experience in Microsoft Azure's Identity Access Management products.
• Experience managing email services like Exchange Online.
• Proficient in scripting with PowerShell and Bash.
• Adept with multi forest Microsoft Active Directory.
