Overview

The Solution Specialist proactively drives revenue and profit in the assigned sales segment and/or region specific to a dedicated brand and product sets, working closely with Account Managers and partners to identify and win deals.

In Short

  • Be a subject matter expert on designated partner’s products and programs.
  • Assist sales and partners with field alignment and account mapping.
  • Attend customer events to communicate value.
  • Facilitate training on partner’s offerings.
  • Develop and execute quarterly sales plans.
  • Cultivate relationships with partner and CDW sales teams.
  • Provide monthly progress reports on brand performance.
  • Understand market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Meet or exceed revenue expectations for assigned partner.
  • Travel as needed for business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years sales/marketing experience, OR 6 years in sales/marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and analyze information.
  • Strong willingness to learn and think strategically.
