Overview

We are focused on automating highly manual tasks to tackle long-standing problems in claims and set a new standard for TPAs, insurance technology providers, and adjusters alike.

• Seeking highly organized and customer-focused Resolution Specialists.
• Responsible for communicating with customers on the phone.
• Handle an inventory of claims and triage critical claims.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams for process improvements.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and high-quality customer service.
• Manage litigated and non-litigated cases related to auto claims.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and policy provisions.
• Analyze and review auto insurance claims.
• Maintain adjuster licenses and continuing education requirements.
• Work in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation claims adjusting.
• Active adjuster license(s) required.
• Knowledge of state regulations and policy provisions.
• Willingness to travel for clients and claims needs.
