Flo Product Resolution Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Flo Product Resolution Specialist handles escalations and customer issues relating to Flo Installation and drives issue resolution until the customer is satisfied.

In Short

• Take ownership of resolution of all Flo installation issues.
• Track and report on all issues against Key Performance Indicators.
• Handle escalated inbound calls and communications.
• Make outbound calls and send emails to resolve reported issues.
• Provide recommendations to leadership based on trending issues.
• Conduct regular communications with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong skills in MS Office and cloud file management.
• 4+ years’ experience in Call Center Customer Service.
• Prior experience in project management preferred.
• Highly organized with impeccable follow-up skills.
