Production Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Production Specialist is responsible for reviewing documents to ensure installation contracts are accurate and processed in a prompt manner, working from home.

• Reports to the Review & Refigure Manager

• Rotating schedule with some weekends required
• Experience in customer service management preferred
• Knowledge of installation of windows and doors is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in reviewing measurements and contracts
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence
• Ability to perform basic algebraic and geometric calculations
• Knowledge of computer workstations and software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work a regular Saturday and Sunday schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
