Overview

The Escalation Specialist’s primary responsibilities will be Lowe’s ECR/Legal/Claims and repeat customer calls, addressing customer complaints and processing insurance claims documentation.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in insurance claims and customer service.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations confidentially.
  • Teamwork and independent working capabilities.
