Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within Agile or Scrum.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Comfortable with production release management.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Experience with project management tools.
