Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

The Scrum Master will work in a fast-paced environment supporting and building new features for the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), leading the software development agile team and ensuring project progress and resolution of issues.

In Short

• Lead Agile product teams in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) organization.
• Conduct Agile SAFe ceremonies and events.
• Track and collect Agile metrics for program level metrics.
• Facilitate team velocity and remove blockers.
• Support release planning, system design, and implementation.
• Responsible for the team's performance and delivery of documented deliverables.
• Create meeting agendas and track action items to closure.
• Facilitate team communications and updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare briefings on product status for leadership.
• Collaborate effectively with a geographically diverse team.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• SAFe Scrum Master Certification required.
• Experience managing IT projects using Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience with SAFe, managerial experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Mockflow.
• Java Software Development experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting Government contracts is desired.
