Overview

The Appian Case Management Studio Developer designs, builds, and maintains Appian-based case management and workflow applications to streamline mission and business processes within a Federal environment.

In Short

• Design and implement Appian Case Management applications.
• Configure case hierarchies, record relationships, and reporting dashboards.
• Integrate Appian workflows with SAP ECC systems.
• Build low-code automation components to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with SAP, database, and middleware teams.
• Ensure compliance with FedRAMP and FISMA requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and configuration guides.
• Support production deployments and performance tuning.
• Leverage Appian Reports for operational performance insights.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
• 5+ years of Appian application development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Appian Case Management Studio.
• Experience integrating Appian with enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Federal IT compliance frameworks.
• Appian Certified Associate or Senior Developer credential is desired.
• Basic understanding of ABAP data structures is a plus.
