In Short

Design, develop, and customize scalable Appian applications to optimize business processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
Configure user interfaces, process models, reports, and rules within the Appian platform.
Integrate Appian applications with external systems and databases using APIs and web services.
Test, deploy, and maintain applications, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
Troubleshoot issues, implement bug fixes, and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
Stay updated on Appian advancements, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and user guides.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2-6 years of experience in Appian development, including design, configuration, and implementation of applications.
Strong knowledge of Appian platform features such as process modeling, record types, user interfaces, expressions, and SAIL (Appian’s proprietary language).
Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle) and data modeling.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Fluent English (Written and spoken) is a must.
