Overview

The ServiceNow Architect will lead the technical architecture and implementation of an enterprise IT Storefront for a DoD customer, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective services.

Requirements

• Secret clearance eligibility.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years in Agile software development.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator.
• Expertise in ServiceNow architecture.
• Experience in ITSM and ITIL modules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Angular, JavaScript, XML, and JSON.
• Experience with payment processors or financial systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
