An experienced ServiceNow professional with strong integration expertise is needed to design and guide ServiceNow architecture and integrations in a dynamic Telecom project.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with complex ServiceNow integration using APIs.
• Familiarity with Archimate or similar tools.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements.
• Knowledge of network devices, servers, databases, and cloud environments.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), CAD or CSA preferred.
