Overview

The ServiceNow Architect will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to design and implement robust ServiceNow solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design ServiceNow solutions.
• Create technical designs that meet client needs and leverage ServiceNow capabilities.
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to best practices in deliverables.
• Participate in configuring applications during all project phases.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop effective governance and oversee technical resources.
• Provide solution architecture and document designs.
• Advise on risks and alternatives to business processes.
• Maintain required information security controls for the platform.
• Support multiple ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.

Requirements

• 4+ years as an architect with design session leadership experience.
• 3+ years with ServiceNow data models and data governance strategies.
• 8+ years in ServiceNow product development lifecycle.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
• Experience with maintaining information security controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• US Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
