Overview

The ServiceNow Architect provides tier 3 support for the operations of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on CMDB/ITSM, Operations, Case Management, ITOM, and ITBM processes.

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations with applications like Active Directory, NetSuite, and Jira.
• ServiceNow platform engineering with ITSM Modules.
• Optimize the ServiceNow data model and enforce coding standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and manage distributed development teams.
• Experience with ServiceNow table structures and data models.
• Deep understanding of Managed Services Domain Separation.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Evaluate new features in ServiceNow releases.
• Participate in process flow analysis and redesign.
• Responsible for meeting development schedules and technical specifications.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development.
• Proficient in at least five ServiceNow modules.
• ITIL v4 and Scrum certification required.
• 5+ Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB/ITSM and Operations.
• Experience with Jelly development and Domain Separated instances.
• Management of update sets experience.
• Experience with client scripts and business rules.
• Experience with JSON, API, REST, XML, SOAP.
