Microsoft Power Platform Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Power Platform Engineer is accountable for designing, implementing, and supporting Blue Mantis’ Power Platform solutions to enable scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade automation and application development.

In Short

• Own the architecture, configuration, and governance of the Power Platform environment.
• Ensure proper management of environments, including managed environments and DLP policies.
• Define and enforce Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) standards across all solutions.
• Implement governance frameworks using the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit.
• Design and build Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Copilot-based solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party systems.
• Monitor performance, scalability, and reliability of deployed applications.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Enable citizen developers through guided self-service development.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in application development, automation, or platform engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience delivering solutions within Microsoft Power Platform environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and environment management.
• Proficiency in data modeling, API integrations, and custom connectors.
