Cloud FinOps Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking experienced Fin Ops Consultants who are driven to build and maintain a customer-obsessed Cloud Solution Partner (CSP).

In Short

• Conduct customer business reviews focused on cloud utilization and cost optimization.
• Build and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with customers.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud resource deployment.
• Define, measure, and monitor KPIs and SLAs for customer satisfaction.
• Own the post-sales relationship.

Requirements

• FinOps Practitioner Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• BS Degree in Business or Technology-related field; graduate degree appreciated.
• Experience optimizing workflows and implementing process improvement.
• Technical and business problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills including mentoring and coaching.
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
• Experience working with Clients on business solutions.
• Prior experience with public cloud billing and licensing models (or willingness to learn).
• Prior experience in AWS Management Console and Azure Portal (or willingness to learn).
