Overview

The ServiceNow Architect will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction, governance, and expansion of the ServiceNow platform across the organization, requiring deep technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, Discovery, and complex integrations.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and API integrations.
• Experience with Employee Center and self-service automation.
• Strong understanding of security and governance in ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CAD, CTA).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours for emergencies.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks like ATF.
