Overview

The Analyst role at JLL involves supporting brokerage activities by managing projects and transactions, ensuring quality decision-making for clients.

In Short

• Assist and complete special projects for brokerage activities.
• Manage project and transaction tracking systems.
• Coordinate workflows between internal teams and clients.
• Prepare client deliverables including market assessments and reports.
• Organize and maintain project documentation.
• Support client meetings with professional materials.
• Assist in preparation of project documents like RFPs.
• Monitor project milestones and address potential issues.
• Coordinate tours and site visits.
• Review lease documents and prepare abstracts.

Requirements

• Entry level to 3+ years in commercial real estate.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate.
