In Short

  • Support pharmacy team in delivering operational excellence.
  • Assist patients and customers with exceptional service.

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
  • Participate in a rigorous training program and comply with regulations.
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive culture.
  • Complete inventory activities as directed.
  • Deliver additional patient health care services when permissible.
  • Provide immunizations and educate patients about vaccines.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Requirements

  • Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years previous experience preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Mathematical reasoning skills required.
  • Ability to remain mobile for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail and focus on tasks.
  • Problem resolution skills needed for customer interactions.
