The Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health plays a critical role in supporting pharmacy teams to deliver operational excellence and exceptional patient experiences.

Requirements

  • Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.
  • Ability to work in various locations as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on patient safety.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job.
  • Mathematical reasoning skills for prescription accuracy.
  • Problem resolution skills for challenging interactions.
  • Regular and predictable attendance required.
