In Short

• Educate members on alternative medications and cost-saving opportunities.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with members.
• Drive health awareness through Rx Education.
• Work remotely in a call center capacity.
• Must have a flexible schedule between 8:00am-7:00pm EST.
• Requires a Resident State Pharmacy Technician License or National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills needed.
• Occasional travel for training or meetings may be required.

Requirements

• Resident State Pharmacy Technician License or National Certification.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of insurance processing and customer service.
• High-speed internet and a designated work area.
• Experience in pharmacy or call center preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must pass a language proficiency assessment if required.
• Flexibility to work holidays and weekends as needed.
