Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics.
• 2+ years of experience in medical or pharmacy data roles.
• Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and advanced statistical methods.
• Proven track record in developing predictive models.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Strong problem-solving skills and passion for innovation.
• Availability for on-call hours as needed.
