In Short

  • Build and manage trial onboarding email flows using Braze.
  • Design in-app onboarding experiences with Appcues and Chameleon.
  • Collaborate with Growth Product Managers on cross-sell initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze onboarding flows for continuous improvement.
  • Work with Product Marketing and Management for accurate onboarding content.
  • Coordinate with the Creative team for engaging campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and BI for data integration and reporting.
  • Define KPIs for onboarding flows to measure success.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Braze or similar marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of user behavior and personalized experiences.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with data flow processes and reporting.
  • 5+ years in growth or lifecycle marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with onboarding optimization and A/B testing.
