• Own and drive the lifecycle marketing strategy for email and SMS.
• Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing.
• Proven track record of optimizing lifecycle programs.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• A strategic thinker with execution capabilities.
• Experience in a cross-functional environment.
