Overview

Tava Health is seeking a Payer Enrollment Specialist to oversee the insurance enrollment process for our clinicians, ensuring smooth and accurate applications while collaborating with internal teams.

In Short

• Prepare and submit insurance applications accurately and on time.
• Monitor application statuses and resolve issues during enrollment.
• Act as a point of contact for providers regarding enrollment.
• Maintain provider demographic information in payer directories.
• Support Payer Roster maintenance and audits.
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Ensure confidentiality of provider information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of credentialing or enrollment experience.
• 2+ years of medical practice business office experience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently for extended periods.
• Proficient in web-based products and quick to learn new applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working remotely preferred.
