As a Staff Engineer at PagerDuty, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our core platform, working on impactful technical transformations while collaborating with talented engineers.

• Lead Ruby on Rails initiatives and best practices.
• Define technical architecture for web platform enhancements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails and modern practices.
• Experience leading technical transformations in production.
• Knowledge of modularization and service boundaries.
• Experience with distributed systems in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, MySQL.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor engineers at all levels.
