• Leading a diverse software engineering team.
• Designing and operating scalable solutions.
• Experience in a distributed team environment.
• Coaching and mentoring engineers.
• Validated experience with Ruby/Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with AWS services and infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of multiple database technologies.
• Experience with continuous delivery pipelines.
• Ability to learn new programming languages quickly.
• Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
