Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years with Ruby on Rails in production.

• Strong background in relational database design.
• Hands-on experience developing FHIR-based APIs.
• Familiarity with healthcare systems and compliance.
• Ability to mentor engineers and drive initiatives.
