Overview

As a Lifecycle Marketing Operations Associate at SonderMind, you will play a pivotal role in building and delivering seamless, high-impact lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive business growth, contributing to key performance indicators such as increased New Active Clients and improved retention.

In Short

• Build, test, and launch lifecycle communications, including email, SMS, in-app, and push messaging.
• Perform quality assurance of campaigns with attention to detail.
• Manage audiences and segmentation lists for accuracy.
• Maintain and manage A/B testing roadmap.
• Deliver reporting of marketing campaign results to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and analyze campaign issues.
• Scope and manage campaigns from intake to execution.
• Align with internal stakeholders on processes and workflows.
• Drive strategic optimizations and process improvements.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles required.

Requirements

• Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Iterable.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
