• Lead marketing technology solutions implementation and optimization.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in CRM or marketing operations.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information.
• Systems-based thinking with a focus on scalability.
• Experience with marketing automation and API integrations.
• Understanding of email deliverability best practices.
