Overview

The Director of Payor Partnerships at SonderMind will lead the development and management of relationships with commercial and government health plans to expand access to mental healthcare.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in payor strategy or business development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Experience with commercial and government payors.
• Proven track record of negotiating complex contracts.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and healthcare analytics software.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting financial models.
• Proactive and results-driven.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
