As the SEO Program Lead at SonderMind, you will architect and scale the next chapter of organic growth across both traditional and emerging search environments, ensuring strategic priorities are measured and adapted to the evolving digital landscape.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Experience with AI-driven search and emerging SEO practices.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing external vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
