Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Talent Strategy or HR Analytics.
• Strong experience in workforce planning and skills mapping.
• Comfortable using analytics and data visualization tools.
• Ability to influence decision-making frameworks.
• Experience in tech-enabled, global environments preferred.
• Understanding of data governance principles.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through change.
• Track record of implementing scalable talent programs.
• Strong storytelling skills to convey insights.
