Overview

As the Talent Lead at Panoptyc, you will design and execute our talent acquisition strategy during a critical growth phase. You'll build and lead a small but mighty recruitment team, optimize our hiring processes, and ensure we attract exceptional candidates across technical and business roles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience with leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in high-growth technology companies.
  • Experience hiring for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML).
  • Strong understanding of global talent markets.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby preferred).
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Experience with remote hiring.
