The Performance & Talent Management Specialist Lead executes performance management programs, driving career framework implementation, managing communication and facilitation efforts, and ensuring budget and contract oversight.

Facilitate training sessions for managers and employees.
Requirements
5+ Years of experience in Talent Management and Human Resources.
Project Management & Execution experience.
Experience developing and delivering training materials.
Ability to work with HRBPs and business leaders.
Experience tracking and analyzing performance data.
Understanding of financial processes and budget tracking.
Familiarity with performance management tools and HR technology platforms.
