Overview

The Performance & Talent Management Specialist Lead executes performance management programs, driving career framework implementation, managing communication and facilitation efforts, and ensuring budget and contract oversight.

In Short

  • Collaborate on adopting a new rating system and conducting training for managers and employees.
  • Monitor and enforce accurate documentation of employee goals.
  • Develop and implement materials for HRBPs and managers.
  • Guide the rollout and use of performance tools.
  • Design and implement communication plans for the Performance Management cycle.
  • Manage communications for succession planning actions and talent ratings.
  • Lead the implementation of job families and ensure participation.
  • Oversee budget and contract management.
  • Track and report on Top Talent and succession planning documentation.
  • Facilitate training sessions for managers and employees.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of experience in Talent Management and Human Resources.
  • Project Management & Execution experience.
  • Experience developing and delivering training materials.
  • Ability to work with HRBPs and business leaders.
  • Experience tracking and analyzing performance data.
  • Understanding of financial processes and budget tracking.
  • Familiarity with performance management tools and HR technology platforms.
