Risk Management Lead - Remote

Overview

As a Risk Management Lead at Aspire, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and operationalizing the risk management framework for our shared services operations, ensuring effective risk management as the company evolves.

In Short

• Design and implement robust business and operational systems for risk management.
• Build and maintain a catalogue of services offered.
• Create and maintain a repository of SOPs.
• Oversee the Quality Control framework and advise teams.
• Prepare and present operational risk reports to leadership.
• Monitor vendor performance and conduct due diligence.
• Coordinate remediation of audit deficiencies and propose improvements.
• Work closely with 1LoD and 2LoD leaders to implement risk policies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in 1LoD risk and fintech.
• Ability to design and execute strategies independently.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
