Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent management or related roles.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale learning initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Strong facilitation skills in various formats.
• Experience using LMS and eLearning tools.
• Knowledge of instructional design strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
