• Play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer order processing workflows.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and revenue recognition rules.
• Develop enablement content for the Revenue organization.
• Achieve high order validation accuracy and reduce invoice errors.

Requirements

• 1 year in Order Operations, Billing, Deal Desk, Legal Operations, or Revenue Operations.
• Deep understanding of the order-to-cash lifecycle.
• Experience with Salesforce and ERP platforms.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
