In Short

• Design and execute scalable customer programs that drive engagement, adoption, and retention.
• Lead internal change management efforts to implement systems and workflows.
• Build and scale customer marketing initiatives in partnership with the Marketing team.
• Manage cross-functional projects from kickoff through delivery.
• Create program documentation and enablement materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences.
• Leverage Salesforce and Gainsight to analyze program performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer programs or project management.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong experience with Salesforce and Gainsight.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience leading internal enablement or change management rollouts.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and project management tools.
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the year.
