Overview

As a Senior Programmer/Customer Success Manager at Metrc, you will thrive in a fast-moving environment, implementing change and managing client services delivery for state and Metrc-defined strategic efforts.

In Short

  • Participate in client services delivery for strategic efforts.
  • Collaborate with developers and product owners.
  • Create and refine process and user documentation.
  • Manage client services in data delivery and testing.
  • Lead outreach and customer management for California.
  • Assist with quality assurance and quality control.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for client needs.
  • May require up to 50% travel.
  • Remote position with flexible work environment.
  • Assist state technical team in managing data tools.

Requirements

  • 18 months experience in a development or configuration environment.
  • 12 months experience in managing technical and business requirements.
  • 24 months experience in software customizations and database reports.
  • Experience translating customer needs into data insights.
  • Experience in delivering mission-critical services.
  • Preferred experience with government projects.
  • Preferred background in the regulated cannabis industry.
  • Open to candidates located within California.
