Zefr is the global leader in brand suitability targeting and measurement across the world's largest platforms. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to oversee the working relationships with Zefr clients across our measurement and targeting products.

In Short

  • Assist clients with product implementation and integration.
  • Be the day-to-day contact for partners, fielding incoming requests.
  • Provide strategic advice to meet clients’ advertising KPIs.
  • Support customers through technical and strategic challenges.
  • Proactively monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations.
  • Analyze client data to showcase value and drive performance.
  • Identify common customer challenges and partner with internal teams.
  • Understand Zefr products to deliver additional value.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience running programmatic campaigns.
  • Proficiency with ad serving tools like Google Ads and DV360.
  • Experience with digital advertising measurement platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and motivated self-starter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly with Excel.
  • Consultative approach to customer communication.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.
  • Strong time management skills for independent work.
