Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success by proactively solving problems and identifying opportunities for expansion within a portfolio of high-value accounts.

Requirements

  • Approximately 4 years in a strategic or client-facing role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of mid-market customer accounts.
  • Strong track record of customer renewals and relationship building.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a volume of accounts effectively.
  • Growth mindset with a focus on identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Data-driven problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
