Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience in high-growth, global SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of building executive-level relationships.
  • Strong communication skills for customer-facing presentations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and customer engagement tools.
  • Experience in Contingent Workforce or Services Procurement is a plus.
