Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Brightfield, you will be responsible for managing relationships with strategic customers in the EMEA region, ensuring successful onboarding and maximizing customer value.

In Short

  • Own a portfolio of EMEA-based enterprise accounts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and deliver insights to customer stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales for expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct high-impact touchpoints including Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve account risks.
  • Track and report on customer health and usage trends.
  • Champion customers internally to influence product direction.
  • Develop customer success best practices and tools.
  • Contribute to executive engagement programs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B experience in Customer Success or related roles.
  • Demonstrated success in a product-led model with enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of building executive-level relationships.
  • Strong communication skills with customer-facing presentation experience.
  • Experience working with customers across EMEA.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and customer engagement tools.
  • Experience in Contingent Workforce or Services Procurement is a plus.
