Brightfield is seeking a Director of Training & Enablement to develop and deliver training initiatives that empower customers and internal teams, enhancing their experience with the TDX platform.

In Short

Requirements

  • 8+ years of training or enablement experience.

  • Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging training experiences.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with clear training content design.
  • Proficient in LMS and program management tools.
