Overview

The Director of Sales Enablement at Vida is responsible for supporting the sales teams with essential knowledge and resources to enhance sales effectiveness and drive revenue growth.

  • Oversee maintenance and updating of sales resources and content libraries.
  • Curate sub-libraries for individual partners.
  • Coordinate updates with marketing and product teams.

  • Maintain demo library and training on demo usage.
  • Support creation of RFP copy for new product evolution.
  • Manage project tickets in marketing and design systems.
  • Ensure partners have up-to-date GTM materials.
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions for sales teams.
  • Interface with Product and Clinical teams for VIP trials.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing or sales support, focusing on B2B sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and design tools (Adobe, Canva, Figma).
