Overview

As a Licensed Therapist at Vida, you will provide virtual psychotherapy to clients, helping them manage mental health conditions and improve their overall health.

In Short

• Work virtually with clients to support behavior change and wellness.
• Manage a panel of clients with evidence-based assessments and treatment plans.
• Utilize integrated Cognitive Behavioral Therapy content for psychoeducation.
• Track client progress and serve as an accountability partner.
• Engage in discharge planning and provide case management services.
• Respond to crisis situations and develop safety plans with clients.
• Collaborate with other providers for integrated care.
• Maintain records in compliance with legal standards.
• Attend meetings and complete in-service trainings.
• Meet and exceed provider level metrics.

Requirements

• Doctoral or Master’s degree in psychology or related field.
• Fully Independent State License to practice psychotherapy.
• Experience in cognitive behavior therapy and mindfulness techniques.
• Interest in technology solutions for client care.
• Familiarity with telehealth and cloud-based apps.
• 2+ years’ experience as a fully independent psychotherapist.
• Working knowledge of clinical diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Knowledge of mental health crisis response and safety planning.
