Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) on our EMEA team is responsible for building trusted and collaborative relationships with our most valuable customers, providing strategic guidance to increase platform adoption and value realization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success Management or related field.
  • Ability to analyze information and deliver expert advice.
  • Collaborative and independent work skills.
  • Experience building relationships in complex enterprise environments.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders.
