In Short

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success or relevant commercial roles.
  • Proven track record managing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Dutch and English.
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 27001 is essential.
