Requirements

  • 4+ years in growth or performance marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising and SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills with BI tools.
  • Experience managing CRM systems and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to drive efficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and funnel tracking.
  • Technical know-how is a bonus.
